Job Description
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead new product launch activities from initiation to execution.
- Develop marketing strategies and comprehensive plans for product promotion.
- Prepare annual budgets for assigned products.
- Design and implement promotional strategies to drive product awareness.
- Assist in training sessions for field colleagues to enhance product knowledge.
- Conduct market visits to gather insights and support product positioning.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
- Willingness and ability to undertake frequent domestic and international travel, as required by business needs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Well conversant with MS Office
