Education
- Master’s degree in any subject from a reputed university/college (preference for English, Mathematics, or Science).
- Minimum GPA 3.5 in SSC/HSC and at least 2nd Class/CGPA 2.5 in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Additional Requirements
Experience Qualification:
- 3–4 years of teaching experience will be given preference.
- Candidates with B.Ed. or M.Ed. degrees will be given preference.

- Proficiency in English and Bangla (spoken and written).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).

Key Responsibilities:
- Set the school’s vision and strategic direction in alignment with organisational goals.
- Lead academic, administrative, and financial operations to ensure smooth school management.
- Supervise and support teachers to deliver high-quality, engaging classroom instruction.
- Implement and monitor curriculum, lesson plans, and student assessments.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment for students and staff, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Track and report on school performance, student progress, and academic achievement.
- Engage parents and the wider community to promote holistic student development.
- Plan and organise co-curricular and creative activities to nurture students’ talents and leadership.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff.
